DELIVERIES

Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order.

Raya systems fulfil orders at a rapid pace and it is not possible to edit an order or change order information after it has been submitted. We are unable to cancel an order once it’s been placed. Delivery charges are calculated by location.

It usually takes up to 2 business days to prepare an order made with Raya for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email. This will include the shipment tracking number for international orders for your reference. Delivery times vary vastly depending on location.

The transit time for international orders can vary significantly compared to domestic shipments. Please be advised that your country’s customs authority has the right to hold your package for any reason. Should this delay occur, Raya does not have the authority to expedite your order. Please feel free to contact your customs authority for more information.

RETURNS

Items bought on Raya will gladly be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Items must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, etc. Refunds will be issued, excluding shipping and handling costs. All brand labelling and packaging must be included when returned.

In the event your item is damaged or defected [we’re deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange.

Used a coupon code? No problem! We are now accepting returns using coupon codes unless otherwise stated.

Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving your parcel. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel does process.
